Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lee’s Lobby is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
